Numerous tests shown it finds the answer in 3 attempts or less. Sometimes you can even stumble upon the answer in the middle of process. However, there are (rare) occasions where it can't solve it due to bad luck and/or typos. It'll notify you to start over then before you're screwed (given you provided how many attempts you got). Btw, this is a pure algorithm, this tool doesn't collect any data.
